1. Free Trial Before Payment
We provide every newly registered business with a 7-day or 20-generation free trial without requiring credit card or payment information. We strongly encourage all business owners to test the counter standee, keyword matching, and AI drafts during this trial period before purchasing a paid plan.
2. Prepaid Nature of Subscriptions
All paid subscriptions (₹39/month and ₹399/year) and top-up packs (₹99 for 1,000 credits) are non-recurring, prepaid entitlements. Because access and compute reservations are provisioned instantly upon payment confirmation, payments are generally non-refundable once activated.
3. Exceptions & Payment Failures
In cases where your bank or UPI account was debited but the order was not activated due to a network timeout or webhook failure, our automated reconciliation engine will either activate the entitlement within 24 hours or issue a full automatic reversal back to your original payment method.
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please notify support@reviewmonkey.in within 7 days of the transaction with your Order ID and payment receipt.
