2. Business Account & Fair Use
Each subscription grants entitlement to configure one business profile and generate reviews according to the purchased quota (200 generations per month for standard subscriptions, or designated top-up amounts). You agree to provide accurate business details and valid Google Maps review URLs.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Submitting profane, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful keyword phrases.
- Attempting to bypass credit reservations, tamper with quota checks, or automate requests without authorization.
- Claiming Review Monkey is an official Google product or guaranteeing verified publication or search ranking increases.
4. Prepaid Entitlements & Pricing
Review Monkey operates on a prepaid model priced in Indian Rupees (INR): ₹39/month, ₹399/year, and ₹99 for 1,000 top-up generations. Monthly allowances are refreshed anchored to your billing cycle and do not roll over. Top-up credits remain valid for 365 days from activation.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Review Monkey provides AI-assisted review drafting tools to facilitate customer feedback. We do not guarantee customer conversion, Google review publication, or search algorithm rankings. In no event shall Review Monkey be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
